Waste Management

Any materials considered to be waste must be visually identified as such and promptly segregated in a manner that will eliminate the likelihood of accidental or inadvertent use.

Waste must not be collected or stored in any container that may be used for raw materials or feed ingredients.

Containers used to store waste that is attractive to pests and vermin must be covered. Such waste containers must also be stored away from raw material and feed ingredient storage or production areas and removed from site as frequently as practical.

All waste must be disposed of legally
